Every used vehicle receives a mechanical inspection by one of our factory-trained technicians. This helps us assess its mechanical condition, identify safety requirements and determine what reconditioning is needed before it is offered for sale.
Unless a vehicle is clearly advertised and marked "As Is," it will be sold with an Ontario Safety Standards Certificate. The certificate confirms that the vehicle met the applicable minimum safety standards when inspected; it is not a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle's future condition.
A CARFAX Canada report is supplied with every used vehicle. We encourage you to request and review it before travelling to the dealership. Seeing the available vehicle-history information in advance makes the process clearer and smoother for everyone.
Every used vehicle receives a fresh oil change and is delivered with a full tank of fuel. And because some Hanover Chrysler traditions are less mechanical, every vehicle purchase also includes four homemade butter tarts.
Every certified used vehicle includes a 30-day warranty. Our team will explain the applicable coverage, conditions and exclusions before purchase. Extended warranty and vehicle-protection options are also available for customers seeking additional coverage.
The number of keys available with each used vehicle is disclosed before purchase. When a vehicle includes two keys, both are provided at delivery. If only one key is available, we make that clear before the purchase is completed.
Not every trade-in automatically becomes a certified retail vehicle. If a vehicle does not meet the standard required for something we are willing to sell and stand behind, we will not offer it as one of our certified vehicles. Depending on its condition, it may be clearly offered As Is, sent to a wholesale auction or, when it is not roadworthy and cannot appropriately pass an Ontario safety inspection, sent to a vehicle recycler.
