The Fletcher Family Story
Hanover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was founded in 1959 by the Adams family and became a trusted part of the local automotive community. In 2001, Carl Fletcher purchased the dealership from second-generation dealer Brian Adams, beginning the Fletcher family's chapter in the store's history.
Carl believed a dealership should be more than a place to purchase a vehicle. He wanted to build a business based on honesty, hard work, community involvement and taking care of customers long after the sale.
In 2005, Carl tragically passed away following a motorcycle accident. During an incredibly difficult time, his wife, Donna Fletcher, remained committed to preserving the dealership and the vision Carl had for its future.
Donna hired respected automotive leader Larry McRae to guide the dealership while Carl and Donna's sons prepared for the opportunity to one day carry the business forward.

Mitchell Fletcher graduated from Georgian College's Business Administration -- Automotive Marketing program in 2010 before completing the National Automobile Dealers Association General Dealership Management Program.
Corey Fletcher graduated from Georgian College in 2013 and joined the family business.
Today, Mitchell and Corey work side by side leading Hanover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Together, they continue the values their father believed in: honesty, accountability, hard work and putting customers first.
What began as Carl Fletcher's vision has become the next generation's responsibility--and a family legacy that continues every day.
