Hanover Chrysler was purchased in 2001 by husband Carl "Flash" Fletcher. It was Carl's dream that he would own his own dealership and his vision is what drives our success. Carl passed away in June 2005, and I will continue to carry on his dream with the support of my two sons, Mitchell and Corey, husband Mike Gilbert and the incredible staff we are fortunate to employ. Hanover Chrysler is my extended family and the traditions started by Carl will continue, offering family valued service to all our customers. Larry joined
the Hanover Chrysler family in Sept 2005. With over 30 years of Chrysler
experience, Larry brings a wealth of automotive knowledge as General manager.
Larry is the Charter President of the Hanover Lions Club, member of the Chrysler
Dealer's Focus Group and member of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce. Larry and
his wife Brenda have 5 grand children (all angels)
Paula has been with Hanover Chrysler for 10 years. Her responsibilities include all accounting functions for the dealership as well as System Administration, IT Management and Human Resources. She has successfully completed her Certificate of Achievement in Automotive Management Studies from Georgian College in Barrie and is a member of the Secretary Treasurers Association. Paula resides in Hanover along with her husband Brian.
Ben has been at Hanover Chrysler for 10 years and has worked in the automotive industry for over 18 years. His extensive auto knowledge, combined with his friendly charm make him an easy salesman to deal with and customers continue to keep coming back to Ben for their vehicle purchases. Ben and his wife Wilma enjoy spending time with their two grandsons, Austin and Ryan.
Kevin has been with Hanover Chrysler for 4 years but has over 21 years of automotive selling experience. An avid model car collector, Kevin spends his spare time at trade shows sourcing out that missing model he needs for his collection. Kevin lives in Mount Forest with his children, daughter Brandy and son Cody.
Mitchell has enrolled into NADA's automotive management program to further his education in the automotive field. Mitchell has completed the Georgian College Bachelor of Automotive Management Studies Degree Program in Sept of 2010. He has held a variety of duties at the dealership, including detailing, sales, parts and soon service. Having been raised in car dealerships, he knows the value of always treating the customers right.
Kelly Sue started her career at Hanover Chrysler as a co-op placement in 2001. She then went on to Georgian College in Barrie where she earned her Diploma in Business Administration - Automotive Marketing and then came back to the dealership as our Financial Services Manager. Sue lives in Hanover with her husband Dan, and is a proud "Hockey Mom" to her sons Jacob and Joshua.
Marg is our front line person and your first contact with the dealership.She has an impressive knowledge of the administrative tasks required at a busy dealership and is always willing to lend a hand whichever department requires assistance. Marg resides in Hanover with her husband Bruce, daughter Megan (Currently completing her program at Humber) and son Mitchell.
Brian had obtained vast experience, as a service mechanic for over 27 years, and as a Service Manager for 13+ plus years when he joined Hanover Chrysler as Service Manager in September 2009. Originally affiliated with a Ford Dealership, we have now converted him to a Dodge fan for life.
An avid sportsman and outdoorsman, Brian enjoys hunting and repairing firearms in his spare time. Brian and wife Lise enjoy working together on their 50 acre hobby farm and spending time with their family.
Edith started at Hanover Chrysler in 2001 and her friendly personality is one of the reasons customers keep coming back to Hanover Chrysler for service. Edith has gained extensive knowledge of the automotive service industry and you can be assured that she will advise you on the proper maintenance for your vehicle. Edith and husband Brian live in the
Employed in the automotive industry since 2000, Tammy enjoys being part of the small town atmosphere and appreciates working in the same community she lives in. With thousands of moving parts on today's vehicles, it is inevitable that parts will need repairing/replacing. With that in mind, the greatest challenges and pleasures of Tammy's job are providing the right parts, when our customers need them and ensures they have a pleasant experience while at the dealership.
Corey has worked part time at the dealership every summer for the past few years in the detailing department. He's always willing to help out where needed and is very dedicated to ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for delivery.
Corey is now a full time Service Advisor
Victor's position at Hanover Chrysler is Detail Specialist, which includes detailing of vehicles, rust proof protection applications and installation of vehicle accessories.
Having over 20 years of experience, Victor takes pride in making your vehicle look great and sets very high standards to obtain complete customer satisfaction.
In his spare time, Victor enjoys volunteering with Durham Minor Hockey and the Senior AA Durham Thundercats.
Victor lives in
Zack has been in the automotive industry for over a year and he started his career working in co-op placements through school. He joined the Hanover Chrysler team as a Service Technician Apprentice in June of 2008. Zack's accomplishments include winning 4th place at the Ontario Regional Skills Competition. In his spare time, Zack enjoys snowmobiling, farming and restoring his old car.
